Baptista Supermarket and Chef Pedro Mendes have developed a partnership that consists in take the kitchen to the street.

This event take place near Baptista Supermarket car parking and it also serves to promote our products, whose quality we should be proud.

Live Sushi - Fridays
Starting in July 2nd (Friday), Chef Pedro Mendes will be making sushi before lunch time and placed in boxes for sale.

Typical dishes of the region
We invite everybody to join us on saturday mornings (11h) and see how to make some of the typical dishes of the region with the best products, fresh and local. (you can taste them to.)

Sushi for begginers

In addition to the typical dishes of the region, Baptista Supermarket and Chef Pedro Mendes organize courses of “Sushi for Beginners”. These courses have a length of 3 hours and includes lunch with the dishes prepared with wine carefully selected by Baptista Supermarket.
